If you have any problems with the product or the product is not suitable, you can return the product in our online store within 14 days.
Before sending a return request, make sure that:
- The packaging of the goods has been opened without damaging it (the resealable packaging is not damaged, torn, etc.)
- The item is complete, i.e. the packaging and all details are still there.
- The item shows no signs of use.
- The goods are not hygiene or personal protective equipment with open packaging.
- If the item is defective, be sure to include pictures and wait for further instructions.
For a faster withdrawal, you can also send the following information to customer service by e-mail:
- Customer name
- Order date
- Order number (purchase invoice is also suitable as an attachment)
- Product code / SKU
- Reason for return
After submitting the application and receiving confirmation, we ask customers to return the goods in the manner chosen by them.

* The Buyer will cover the costs associated with the return unless otherwise agreed.
After handing over the goods to the parcel machine or courier, be sure to send us a confirmation form/receipt to our email address so that we can start the return process and complete the return as quickly as possible.
